# The permissions you have listed are used to specify what resources and actions your app can access on the user’s device. Here’s a brief explanation of each permission:
1. READ EXTERNAL STORAGE: This permission allows your app to read data from the external storage (SD card or other storage locations) on the user’s device. It is typically used to access files, images, videos, etc.
2. WRITE EXTERNAL STORAGE: This permission allows your app to write data to the external storage on the user’s device. It is often used when your app needs to save files or data to the device’s storage.
3. READ SMS: This permission allows your app to read SMS (text messages) received on the user’s device. Be careful when using this permission, as it can access sensitive information.
4. ACCESS NETWORK STATE: This permission allows your app to check the network connectivity status on the user’s device. It helps the app determine whether the device is connected to the internet or other networks.
5. INTERNET: This permission allows your app to access the internet and make network requests. It is used to fetch data from web servers or communicate with external services.
Remember that starting from Android, some permissions are considered dangerous, and you need to request them at runtime. Users have the option to grant or deny these permissions when requested, which can impact your app’s functionality. Always handle permissions responsibly and only request what is necessary for your app’s core functionality.
Additionally, ensure that you have provided appropriate explanations to the users regarding why your app needs these permissions to maintain transparency and gain their trust.
